If you are not at home when your package is delivered than courier service provider will leave a card with instructions on how to obtain your package. Cancellation and Return FAQs

Have you changed your mind after ordering the item? If yes then you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched then you cannot cancel the order, but you can return it once received.

If you have any problem related to item or if you don’t want item than you can return the item within 14 days once received. Drop an email on customerservice@drivendivastyles.com for further help. They will provide you the address at which you have to courier the item in order to return it.

You cannot change the size once order is processed. You have to repurchase the item of different size and return the old one to as per the return process.

We offer full refund for the items which is returned within 14 days after the order is received. The item should be in its original form with tag and no deodorant stain, spray or perfume. We offer store credit for items that are full price and returned to us within 30 days.

Driven Diva styles will not be responsible for damage of item during shipment. But if the item has factory defect like improper print or fabric defect then we ensure you to replace the damaged good. Contact to our customer care as soon as possible for speeding the process.
